What is the Coverage?

When you buy a Sensly product, a limited warranty will cover your product for a period of one year or more from its original date of purchase against manufacturers’ defects. It is our responsibility to repair or replace any part(s) or product in conformity with our warranty policies. Please do retain your sales invoice/receipt and warranty card as proof of purchase in order for us to validate your warranty claim. The date of purchase, product model, product description, and the authorized dealers’ details must be clearly stated on the proof of purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Warranty

  • Limited warranty applies to Sensly products with a valid sales invoice/receipt and warranty card.
  • Warranty card must be mailed or submitted online within seven (7) days of purchase in order to be validated.
  • Your purchased Sensly product under the allocated serial number, which is printed on the warranty card, is warranted against manufacturing defects and shall be valid within the specified period from the date of purchase.
  • The sales invoice/receipt and warranty card must be presented as a proof of purchase when requesting for warranty service/repair. Photocopies of warranty card will not be honored. Lost or damaged warranty card will not be re-issued.
  • The warranty shall not be transferable, negotiable or assignable to any third party.
  • The purchaser acknowledges and agrees that Sensly shall bear no responsibility for any product not bearing the Sensly brand and any other peripherals used in connection with the product
  • Sensly reserves the right to compensate the purchaser by way of exchange or additional repairs, whichever Sensly deems fit. No refunds will be issued.

  • Warranty is applicable only to consumer products issued with a valid warranty card. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, product model, product description, and the authorized dealers’ details.
  • Warranty is only deem valid when the products are purchased from authorized Sensly dealers.
  • Warranty will automatically be terminated once the specified warranty period has expired.
  • Sensly service centre will contact customers for collection within seven(7) days from the date stated on the service receipt, otherwise informed. Serviced product not collected within twenty-one(21) days from the date stated on the service receipt will be disposed without prior notice.

What is not covered by the Warranty

  • Product malfunction resulting from improper installation, misuse, mishandling, negligence, abuse, accident, alteration, wrong electrical supply, tampering, acts of god, fire, civil unrest, or wear & tear from ordinary use or environmental deterioration.
  • Cosmetic damage, including paint damage, or severe damage to other components or premises which may happen for any reason from the failure of the product.
  • Modification or repair which is performed by you or the third party without the distributor’s authorization.
  • Products that are not operated/performed in conformity with the most updated and authorized instruction manual that are published by the distributor.
  • Products that are not purchased from authorized Sensly dealers.
  • Any bundled, not-for-sale, point-of-sale products or miscellaneous accessories.
  • Any transportation, handling, delivery or other incidental charges incurred in respect of the product sent in for servicing.
